Online Exchange/Return Policies
We hope you will love your purchase! However,if you are not satisfied with any part of your purchase we will be happy to exchange most item(s) in your order, or issue you a refund, within 14 days of your original order. It is important to note that we do not accept exchanges or returns on sale items, items not in their original unopened packages, cut materials, any published material, accessories, ready-made jewelry or seasonal items.
If you feel that an item you received was defective, please contact us immediately by phone 978 740-8808 or Email before returning the item. If we confirm that your item is defective we will issue a prompt refund (excluding shipping charges) and a Return Authorization Number(RA#). You may exchange or return your item by mail. We cannot credit your shipping charges either way, unless the return is the result of our error.
In-Store Exchange Policy: We do not accept exchanges or returns my mail on any items originally purchased in our stores. All in-store purchases are Exchange Only within 7 Days with itemized receipt, in one of our stores.
Exchange/Return Instructions:
If you are shipping anything back to us for any reason please follow the instructions below. Any package received without a Return Authorization Number (RA#) on the front of the package will be sent back to you.
You may exchange by mail by contacting us immediately by phone at 978 740-8808 or by Email for your Return Authorization Number (RA#). Make sure this number is clearly printed on the outside of your returned package.
- Please be sure to include a copy of your original invoice in the package.
- Please be sure to ship your return back to us within 14 days of your original order.
The date on your invoice will determine the last date we will accept your return. If you return a package after the 14 days, it will be returned to you.
Please be sure to return your package to us carefully packed, and insured for your own protection. Uninsured packages are returned at your own risk.
- Please be sure to include a note in your package with your request for the item(s) you would like to exchange for or your request for a credit*. We'll do our best to accommodate your exchange based on stock on hand at the time we receive your package.
