Ladies Beading Parties - Ages 16+

Get Together, Celebrate, and Bead!

Boston Bead Company is the perfect place to host your next Ladies Night Out, Bridal or Bachelorette Party, Meet-up, Reunion, Birthday Party or other special occasion. Each party is two-hours long and includes use of our work space and tools, and expert instruction from one of our friendly instructors.

You and your guests will select your project and materials during the party using your pre-loaded gift cards. This affords everyone the freedom to create whatever they like. Our inspired instructors will provide you and your guests with assistance selecting beads, and expert instruction designing, creating and finishing your beaded jewelry.

Beading Parties are also a wonderful alternative for corporate or team building events. We are happy to tailor an event just for you or your group.

Party Details:

Instruction Fee:$100 non-refundable party fee - this fee reserves the space and the instructor and includes one $25 gift card for the hostess.
Materials Fee: One $25 gift card per guest, five minimum - gift cards in larger denominations are available.
Minimum 6
Maximum 8 in Cambridge and 12 in Salem
Time: Two-hour party
Refreshments:You are welcome to bring refreshments to enjoy during your party or we can recommend a variety of local places for after-party snacks, treats or meals.

Schedule Your Party

Please call or vist the Boston Bead Company shop where you would like to host your party or special event. You may also E-mail us with questions or to make your reservation.

If you call or vist one of our stores we will ask you for some basic information, including the dates you are interested in for your party, the type of party you would like to host, an approximate number of guests and your daytime contact information. This information will be passed on to our Party Manager.

Our Party Manager will then contact you by phone to answer your questions, work with you to design your party, make your reservation and take your non-refundable party fee by credit card. Our Party Manager will contact you Monday through Friday between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm.

PLEASE NOTE: The sales staff in our shops do not have access to the party reservation calendar and can not confirm any reservation by phone or in person. Our Party Manager will contact you to make your reservation and answer all of your questions. If you have questions not answered on this page please E-mail us.

Party Policies

We accept reservations for parties with seven-days advance notice only. We are not able to accept last minute reservations due to staff scheduling.
We charge a non-refundable party fee at the time of reservation.
The party fee covers the use of the work space and tools on the party date and the undivided attention of one of our expert instructors.
All party reservations are accepted on a first-paid first-served basis.
All party reservations are a Final Sale. Once a party is reserved there is NO REFUND of the Party Fee.
A materials fee is charged three days prior to the party date. The materials fee includes either children's beading kits or gift cards depending on the age of the guests.
All parties are for a minimum of six guests and a maximum of eight guests in Cambridge and 12 guests in Salem.
Parties for children under 12 must be chaperoned by one, but no more that two adults. Our workspace is small and cannot accommodate additional guests, parents, siblings or family members.
Cake or cupcakes and juice or soda are encouraged for children's parties. We discourage pizza, ice cream, pop-corn or other snacks.
Adults may bring refreshments, including adult beverages.
We are happy to recommend local establishments for meals or snacks after your party.

Groups

In an effort to provide our customers with the best possible experience, we are not able to accommadate drop-in parties or groups of four or more at our work tables during regular store hours. Our stores are small and can be extremely busy, especially on the weekends.
