xKid's Beading Parties - Ages 6 to 12

Kids Love to Bead!

Boston Bead Company is the perfect place to celebrate your child’s Birthday Party or Special Occasion. We have developed three beading party themes perfect for kids ages 6 to 12. The party themes are By the Sea, All About Friends and Sparkle and Shine. The theme of your child’s party will be selected when you make your child's party reservation. Each party is two-hours long and includes a beading kit for each child, use of our workspace and tools, and friendly and patient instruction. Your child’s party instructor will provide guided assistance with the design, creation and completion of the beaded jewelry.

On the day of the party each child will receive a beading kit that will include the beads and the stringing materials needed to complete their project, Each child will go home with lasting memories of your child's party, an organza gift bag, their finished jewelry, extra beads and a discount card good for a future visit.

Party Details:

Instruction Fee: $75 non-refundable party fee - this reserves the space and instructor.
$100 non-refundable party fee for Salem parties of 9 to 12 guests - this reserves the space and two instructors.
Materials Fee: One Beading Kit per child. Minimum 6 - Maximum 8 in Cambridge and 12 in Salem.

Time: Two-hour party
Refreshments:You are welcome to bring refreshments or we can recommend a variety of local places for after-party snacks, treats or meals. Cake or cupcakes and juice or soda are encouraged for children's parties. We discourage pizza, ice cream, pop-corn or other snacks.

xxSchedule Your Party

Please call or vist the Boston Bead Company location where you would like to host your child's party or special event. You may also E-mail us with questions about hosting a party or to make your reservation. If you call or vist one of our stores we will ask you for some basic information, including the dates you are interested in for your party, the type of party you would like to host, an approximate number of guests and your daytime contact information. This information will be passed on to our Party Manager.

Our Party Manager will then contact you by phone to answer your questions, work with you to arrange your party, make your reservation and take your non-refundable party fee by credit card.Our Party Manager will contact you Monday through Friday between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm.

PLEASE NOTE: The sales staff in our shops do not have access to the party reservation calendar and can not confirm any reservation by phone or in person. Our Party Manager will contact you to make your reservation and answer all of your questions. If you have any questions please E-mail us.

• We accept reservations for parties with seven-days advance notice only.
• We are not able to accept last minute reservations due to staff scheduling.
• All party reservations are accepted on a first-paid first-served basis.
• We charge a non-refundable party fee at the time of reservation.
• All party reservations are a Final Sale. Once a party is reserved there is NO REFUND of the Party Fee.
• The party fee covers the use of the work space and tools on the party date and the undivided attention of our expert instructors.
• A materials fee is charged three days prior to the party date. The materials fee includes children's beading kits.
• All parties are for a minimum of 6 guests and a maximum of 8 guests in Cambridge and 12 guests in Salem.
• Parties for children under 12 must be chaperoned by one, but no more that two adults.
  • Our workspace is small and cannot accommodate additional guests, parents, siblings or family members.
• Cake or cupcakes and juice or soda are encouraged for children's parties. We discourage pizza, ice cream, pop-corn or other snacks.
• We are happy to recommend local establishments for meals or snacks after your party.
• Please register by calling or visiting the shop where you would like to host your party or E-mail us.
